Under the advise of Dr. May Lim of the CXTeam subgroup, we study different ecological and biological systems by modeling and analyzing them as complex systems, with focus on agent- based modelling approach.

Working with the Marine Protected Area (MPA) Support Network, we created tools for collecting and analyzing management and biophysical monitoring data of MPAs in the Philippines. With the CCRES project, we developed the model used for the fisheries and marine spatial planning tool Fish SPACE.
